so today i decided would be a good excuses to get back into blogging.  My dear friend kelly aka creator of the blog www.messydirtyhair.com  does something called "the messy project" where she sends out the same article of clothing to 4 other girls and they stylize it themselves.

this month was a pair of sparkly blue shorts.  of course this took some thinking since utah is a whole 30 degrees right now.  but i'm a firm believer that summer clothes are easily transferable.

i'm obsessed with anything white, lace and glitter.  needless to say this outfit was perfection.  notice my newly trimmed healthy ends?  thought so.

the dentist

i haven't been to the dentist in maybe 5 years.  5 years as in an actual clean/examination.  I've been to the dentist for them to fix broken fillings and what not but i decided hey - why not go in while i have some type of dental insurance.  i should have known that at the dentist, they only give bad news -  turns out I have 4 cavities and two fillings that need replacing.  so guess who has an appointment at doctor callahan's for the next 3 weeks in a row?  this girl.  at least i'm helping fuel the economy?

home sweet home

even though i moved to salt lake city in june, it wasn't until now that i really felt like my home was my home.  slowly and surly i added a piece here and there to not become broke at once and well, i L-O-V-E the results.  slow and steady win the race.  now if i can just get my plasma screen from back east....
